Reaction to every problem occurred during all control actions.
Defect or nonconformances verification.
Providing documentation of each occurred defect (etc. pictures, descriptions) and delivering it to suitable department.
Implementation of suitable procedures in order to resolve problem.
Cooperation and maintenance of good relations with engineers and employees in your customer manufacure.
